The ISB Intercultural Family Fair (IFF) is one of the most anticipated and vibrant community celebrations at ISB. Food and Traditional Dishes

One of the main highlights of the IFF is the international food festival, where food from 18 different countries represented within the ISB student body is available for tasting. These food stalls allow visitors to explore a wide range of cuisines and traditional dishes, many of which are prepared using real recipes. Popular foods include Chicken pho from Vietnam, known for its rich and aromatic broth, Peking duck from China with its savory flavor, and Kimbap from Korea, a dish made with rice, vegetables, and protein wrapped in seaweed. The food area is always filled with excitement, as families and students line up to taste dishes from different cultures.

Workshops

In addition to food, the IFF features a variety of cultural workshops hosted by different nations. These workshops provide interactive and educational experiences, allowing participants to learn more deeply about cultural traditions and art forms. Countries such as India, Indonesia, Hungary, Bangladesh, Georgia, Japan, Myanmar, Türkiye, and Thailand host workshops that may include traditional crafts, dances, calligraphy, music, and clothing. Parade of Nations

Soi Dao Lucky Draw

A new and exciting addition to the IFF is the Soi Dao lucky draw, which added an extra layer of excitement to the event.
