Covid-19 Vaccine is Coming

Nowadays, some countries are seeing a decrease in the number of people who get covid-19. However,  people can protect themselves from any disease. One way they can do this is to get the vaccine for protection. A vaccine is a simple, safe, and effective way of protecting people against harmful diseases before they come into contact with them.

It uses your body’s natural defenses to build resistance to specific infections and makes your immune system stronger. Lots of companies raced to make the Covid-19 vaccine and check the verification injection. Some of the companies succeeded and got permission from each government.

In the USA, Pfizer and Germany’s company, Moderna made their vaccine together. With the Pfizer vaccine emergency use authorization expected later this month, and perhaps also for the Moderna vaccine, states are learning there’s not enough for them to fully vaccinate those designated as their first and top priority. Earlier this week, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommended that the very first batch of Americans to get vaccinated should be frontline health care workers and residents of long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. Together, they add up to about 24 million people.

In Russia, back in August, it was the first to be registered for emergency use although it had only been tested on a few dozen people. Now doctors, teachers, and social workers are being offered Sputnik V in a

mass inoculation campaign ordered by the President of Russia. It’s timing, just ahead of a similar launch in the UK, is unlikely to be a coincidence.

In China, there are several vaccines being developed. Some of which are already being administered. According to the researchers, the Sinovac Biotech vaccine led to a quick immune response during trials with around 700 people.

Some of the countries chose the people who can receive. Almost all countries started with old people such as over 80 years old and Health care workers and care center’s staffs. However, some people worry about the safety of vaccines.
