PEPPERMINT BARK
Ingredients:
Milk or dark chocolate
Peppermint extract
White chocolate
Candy canes
How to make:
- Line a baking dish with aluminum foil
- Microwave and melt milk chocolate
- Pour melted milk chocolate onto parchment paper and spread
- Melt the white chocolate
- Pour on top of the milk chocolate
- Put candy canes in a zip lock bag
- Using a hammer, crush the candy cane and sprinkle on top of the white chocolate layer
- Put the finished chocolate in the freezer to harden for about 2 hours.
- Break the candy into smaller pieces.
DONE!
THE GRINCH KABOB
Ingredients:
Green grapes
Banana
Mini marshmallows
Toothpicks
Strawberries
How to make:
- Thread 1 grape, 1 banana slice, 1 strawberry (narrow end facing up), and 1 marshmallow onto 1 toothpick to resemble the Grinch’s head in his red hat.
- Repeat with remaining grapes, banana slices, strawberries, and marshmallows.
- Serve onto a dish and enjoy!
HOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
3 ½ cups milk
¾ vanilla extract
¾ cup white sugar
½ up half and half cream
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water
How to make:
- Combine the cocoa, sugar, and pink of salt in a saucepan
- Stir mixed ingredients into the boiling water for about 2 minutes
- Next, stir in milk and heat until very hot
- Remove from heat
- Add vanilla
- Divide between 4 mugsa
- Add whipped cream

CHRISTMAS SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients:
4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Colored Icing (of your choice)
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
Food coloring
1 1/2 tablespoons water
Colored sprinkles
How to make:
The cookie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Stir together flour and baking powder in a bowl
- In a second bowl, beat butter with sugar until it turns fluffy
- Slowly stir in the flour mixture
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
- Cut out shapes of your choice using cookie cutters and place them on ightly greased cookie sheets
- Bake until lightly golden (rotating cookie sheet after about 10 minutes)
- Transfer the cookies onto a cooling rack
Icing:
- Mix sugar and water
- Stir in food coloring of choice
- Decorate cookies
