Liam is a senior at ISB who has been at ISB for three years and says that he really enjoys his time at the school. Born in South Africa in a town called Durban close to Capetown, Liam came to ISB during his year in Grade 9 during the second semester. Liam Gounder describes himself as an introverted person but is out going with his friends. Liam has many different interests and hobbies: he likes to watch Formula 1, play rugby, as well as working out in the gym. Liam is also part of the Formula panthers club, an engineering club dedicated to building an open wheel car. Liam also finds his three favourite F1 tracks being Silverstone, Monza, and Baku. He also has three tracks he dislikes, with those tracks being Miami, Circuit of the Americas, and Monaco. In short, Liam is a hard-working individual who is also a kind person and has interests in Formula 1 as well as rugby. His goal for media studies is to produce articles talking about the usage of AI and how we rely on it and a focus on student life.
