Let’s Start Clash Royale! Come on Noobs!

Have you guys battled with your friends before?  I have. I mean, not in a violent way but more like a fun way.  Clash Royale is a very, very good way to beat your friends in a fair manner. Each game is only 3 minutes, but it feels very long and makes me think a lot. It excites the nerves. There are more than 90 cards, each one is unique and if you want to be a pro, you need to learn a LOT of stuff. However, if you just want to have fun, to play, and not to think about it, you can still get better by following these 5 easy tips!

Do Not Leak Elixir!

If you wait on 10 Elixir while your opponent plays, you’re giving them the advantage. Then they’ll defeat you more easily.

KEY POINT: More Elixir = More Units = Higher Chance of Winning!

First of all, Elixir is generated at the same rate for you and your opponent. If you wait to completely fill your Elixir, you are wasting your existing Elixir and giving them a big advantage. By waiting on an opponent’s Mega Knight, you give them 5 Elixir for free. (EXAMPLE: You have 10, the opponent 8, but he also has a Mega Knight for 7, that’s 15 in total)

You win the match by destroying the towers. You do that with units. Units cost Elixir.

Don’t Activate the King!

When the king is activated, your opponent has one more tower to help him on defense. It will be harder for you to attack. At the start of the match, only the two Princess Towers shoot at your units.  The king just watches. If you attack him, you’ll make him angry and he’ll shoot your units too!

There’s no advantage to activating him, only disadvantages. On top of that, you’d need 23 Fireballs to destroy the king completely, so there’s no point in doing that.

So aim carefully with your spells. And while you’re at it, you need to learn to use the spells well. Don’t just fireball a lone tower, wait for the opponent to play something and fireball that too! Casting a spell on a tower alone is usually not a good idea. It is much better if you can also hit a unit by walking.

Don’t just drop units at the bridge

Dropping a unit at the bridge means that you can’t support it well. Then it’s easily defended. And it’s a wasted attack.

If you drop a single unit at the bridge, you won’t have enough elixir to support your attack. And with the help of the enemy towers, the opponent’s usually able to defend it easily.

Defend on your side of the arena

Towers are the best defenders, always defend enemy units with their help. They shoot fast, they do a lot of damage, they have a big range and they’re always there, ready to defend. Wait for the units to come to you, over the bridge.

Don’t overcommit on defense, space out your troops

Don’t defend with more units than you need to. And when defending, space them out, so they can’t be all easily hit with one spell.

Spells are a very important part of this game. They are mainly used on offense. When the opponent attacks you and you put all your units close to each other, he will take them out with a single spell.

It’s very easy to defend a single unit dropped at the bridge. Don’t ever play a single ranged unit like that.

Better players won’t have trouble defending even multiple units. In this example, the Musk has been used to push the opposite lane.

Mortar Miner Bait

This deck is a kind deck for those who are not paying for the game. Because there are less high rarity units but many low rarity units. The unit has high rarity is strong but the common unit also strong when players use them efficiently. 

This Mortar Miner Bait Deck is very very hard to use it and be a pro, but if you become familiar with this deck, you might be the strongest player.

2.6 Hog Cycle

This deck is a really strong deck. It is not too hard to become familiar with this deck and you will enjoy using this deck. However, it is the same as Mortar Miner Bait. You need high play skills and concentration. But if you master this deck, you will not know the defeat anymore.

Spell Bait

Again, this deck is very strong. For the strategy, you are attacking by Goblin Barrel. And defending by other cards. All cards are excellent units especially, Inferno Tower is very effective to the high-cost unit. Moreover, you can use Rocket and the Log to attack the tower. 

Same as other meta decks, if you master this you will take the first place.

X-Bow 2.9

This deck is similar to Mortar Miner Bait Deck. The strategy for the attack is building. And the cycle is very fast so you have many chances to attack opponents tower. I think it is easier to become familiar with this deck than Mortar Miner Bait Deck. And this deck also the strongest deck in Clash Royale.

PEKKA Ghost Bridge Spam

This deck has a high cost but a strong deck. A good strategy is to attack both sides at the same time. Opponents need to use a lot of Elixir for defending but when opponent finish their defending, we already have another Elixir to defend and attack again.

Golem Beatdown

The highest cost deck in these Meta decks. This is a beatdown deck. The Golem and night which are a really strong combination. And the spell Lighting cleans the opponent unit defending the tower.

Mega Knight!

This is my favorite deck but it was not in the Meta decklist (maybe only the cite I looked for…) I think it is not a super strong deck like I explained above but it is strong to a high-level opponent. The combination of Mega Knight and Inferno Dragon is very very strong. Defend by Mega Knight and counterattack with Inferno Dragon! When Inferno Dragon attacks the tower, the beam of fire never stops that increases in damage over time!!

I started to play Clash Royale 5 months ago. I’m having a really fun time in this 3minutes game and also having fun when I’m preparing the deck, thinking strategy, and the situation I’m battling with friends!
